Building confidence and capability in written English

The process:

​

  • The student and I will meet for a free introductory consult conducted via Google Hangout

  • I will provide written guides to help and inspire students during the outlining, writing, and editing process

    • Example guides: Common Grammar Mistakes and How to Avoid Them, Tried and True Tips for Expressing Yourself in a New Language

  • The student and I will work together to develop an individualized tutoring plan tailored to their availability,  writing ability, and goals

  • The student will share their work with me via Google Docs, and I will provide comments and edits in a timely manner

  • The student and I will speak on a consistent basis (e.g. weekly, biweekly) to help brainstorm, outline, draft, and edit the student’s work
